Our Marketing Department is continuously growing, providing high quality services and is currently seeking to employ a full time Marketing & Communication Assistant.
The position
Marketing & Communication Assistant
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO and online advertising.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
- Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure promotional materials are prepared and distributed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in drafting press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists, and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Fluency in English is required.
