Operations Officer for Technical Department

Our Technical Department is continuously growing, providing high quality services and is currently seeking to employ a full time Operations Officer.

The position: Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Quotations management & follow up.
• Clientele management & development.
• Planning technicians’ daily job schedule.
• Arranging Service Engineers’ travel formalities.
• Preparing reports for Clients and keeping records.
• Keeping time schedule for technicians’ repair procedures.
• Responsible for the issuance of specific certificates upon Clients’ requests and keeping records.
• Check & update data in Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
• Technical department’s materials supply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Maritime Studies.
• Previous experience in Marine or Industrial Company will be an asset.
• Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and writing).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Kind person with team spirit and integrity.
• Flexibility & Adaptability.
• Fulfilled military services.
