Sales Engineer for Sales Department

The position

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our technical solutions and our clients’ needs. You will provide pre- and post-sales support, identify business opportunities, and help foster long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate combines a solid technical background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to present complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively to clients. Working closely with both sales and technical teams, you will ensure our solutions meet customer requirements and market demands.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Preparation of offers and technical proposals.
• Market research and identification of business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and shipping information.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the spares and parts sector, preferably in the marine or industrial automation industry.
• Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and computer skills.
• Fluency in both English and Greek (oral and written).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow client specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ability to network, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Team-oriented with a pleasant and adaptable personality.
• Fulfilled military obligation, if applicable.
