Our Sales Department is continuously growing, providing high quality services and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to take over and manage one of our accounts specializing in industrial networking, computing, and automation solution. This role requires a technical expert with strong sales acumen to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market share for our products and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution design.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, system integrators, and end-users.
- Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to enhance sales performance.
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and pricing strategies to secure business deals.
- Training & Support: Conduct product training and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a sales engineering role, preferably with networking, industrial automation, or IoT solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and automation solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, manage accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with industrial sectors such as transportation, energy, manufacturing, or smart infrastructure.
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, Industrial Networking) are a plus.
