IGNITOR -NOZZLES

It is an ignition system component that is responsible for providing the signal for the ignition coils to fire.

FLAME DETECTORS

Heat of the Flame. The  flame sensor sends an electrical signal to a central controller. This central controller operates the gas or fuel valves for releasing the combustible materials into the burning chamber of the furnace or boiler. Upon an initial signal, the flame sensor is placed on a timer.

FLAME EYE

FLAME RELAY

is a flame switch for intermittent operation to indicate presence or absence of a flame and to be applied in commercial or industrial burner installations. light, with a fllame current meter jack socket on the front that permits monitoring of flame signal strength, by using any appropriate microampere meter (0-10uA minimum scale) and with a plug-in mounts onto a sub base (included) for surface mounting.

IGNITOR TRANSFORMERS

The ignition transformer takes 120 or 220 volts AC and transforms it into 10,000 volts AC to ignite the oil droplets.

OIL BURNER CONTROL

The burner control with the associated photocell detector is used for the fully automatic startup and supervision of
- single-stage forced draft burners, multistage forced draft burners, modulating forced draft burners, with any oil throughput

PHOTO CELLS

A photocell is a resistor that changes resistance depending on the amount of light incident on it. A photocell operates on semiconductor photoconductivity: the energy of photons hitting the semiconductor frees electrons to flow, decreasing the resistance.

SOLENOID VALVES

Gas solenoid valves are used to control the flow of a gas through a machine or in a boiler or industrial heating application, by translating electrical impulses. These impulses open and close a valve, controlling the flow of the gas.
