Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to support the growth of MOXA solutions in the Greek market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working with advanced technology solutions in sectors such as industrial networking, automation, marine, energy, infrastructure, and critical industry.
The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding MOXA’s presence in Greece, managing customer accounts, and developing new partnerships in a dynamic and growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer accounts for MOXA products and solutions in Greece
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers across key industries
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, partners, and end users
- Promote MOXA solutions to system integrators, technical departments, industrial clients, shipowners, marine operators, and infrastructure-related businesses
- Prepare offers, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Work closely with internal technical and presales teams to support customer requirements
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and business meetings
- Contribute to sales growth and the strategic development of the MOXA product line
Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Background in industrial networking, automation, electrical/electronic systems, telecom, marine technology, or another relevant technical sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools
- A degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field will be considered a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial Ethernet, serial communication, networking products, automation systems, or OT/IT environments
- Familiarity with marine, energy, utilities, transportation, or industrial markets
- Previous experience in a technical sales or solution-based sales environment
