Senior Graphic Designer for Marketing & Communications department

CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A., a leading company in the Marine & Industrial Automation field, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. The position

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of visual concepts across all communication channels, including branding, marketing campaigns, print and digital media.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop creative strategies that align with business goals.
• Supervise and guide the Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback, support, and design direction.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality output across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Design for a variety of platforms including social media, website, exhibitions, internal communications, and corporate presentations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate new design approaches when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), AUTOCAD & COREL
• Experience in photoshooting and video editing, with familiarity in studio setup and lighting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and multi-platform designs.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in leading projects from concept to completion and managing timelines.
• Ability to provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
