Our Technical Department is continuously growing, providing high quality services and is currently seeking to employ a full time Hydraulic Marine Engineer, in order to provide exceptional field service support for our marine systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain hydraulic systems for marine applications.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis and calculations for hydraulic systems.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic systems onboard vessels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hydraulic and marine engineering technologies.
- Conduct on-site inspections and tests to verify the functionality of hydraulic systems.
- Offer training and support to clients and colleagues on hydraulic system operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic systems, preferably within the marine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and fluid dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Certification in Hydraulic Systems or related professional qualifications is a plus.
